Riders Wanted Video Contest Rules and Terms of Service

1. All original videos submitted are eligible for contest prizes.
   
   
2. We reserve the right to refuse or disqualify any submission for any reason.
   
   
3. We accept submitted amateur and professional videos, even DVD trailers. However, only videos YOU created are eligible for video contest awards and prizes. You agree that you are sole owner of all copyrights of any footage submitted for the contest. This means, all footage must be YOURS! If you didn't shoot it, you can't use it! If you are using a friend's footage, you MUST have permission.



4. By entering, you give MTBMovies.com the permission to use your footage, image, or personal information provided in your submission in any way, shape, or form, in part or in whole. You hereby waive all exclusive rights to the footage and acknowledge that it may be used, duplicated, or distributed in any way by MTBMovies.com, which includes (but is not limited to) online internet broadcast, and in DVD format.



5. Use any music you want. If you do NOT have permission to use the music, your video may be removed without notice upon our reciept of a complaint from the artist or agent.
   
   
6. Cheating during contest voting will not be tolerated. We will remove all proxy votes and suspicious votes. We may indefinitely suspend any users from the website who are found to be inflating votes.
   
   
7. Final contest winners will be determinted by mtbmovies.com, and all decisions are final.
   
   
8. You must agree not to sue us: MTBMovies.com, its owner, affiliates and sponsors, assumes that all individuals ride and act within their own limits and are physically fit to perform any stunts or riding maneouver. Yourself, your heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, waive all claims to which you have become entitled for injury or damage and release MTBMovies.com, its owner, affiliates, and sponsors from any claims for damages or injury suffered by you or others while participating in any filming for this contest. Entrants agree that they are aware that participating in mountain bike riding could result in serious personal injury or death. MTBMovies.com, its owner, affiliates, or sponsors will not assume any responsibility for personal injury or death resulting from your participation in the contest. MTBMovies.com, its owner, affiliates, and sponsors will assume no responsibility for any illegal activity or property damage resulting from anyone participating in the contest.
